We are looking for candidates to join our Documentations and Customer Service team in HANOI and HO CHI MINH offices.
Job term: Full time contract for HANOI and HO CHI MINH
Job Purpose:
– The Customer Service / Documentation Executive role will be responsible for customer service and documentation issues.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
– Build vessel schedule base on long term schedule and daily movement of vessel;
– Receive and issue booking notes for the customer to confirm equipment, space reservation;
– Follow up with the booking note: update status if shipper pick up and complete all needed documents for loading, co-operate with Logistics team for smooth loading;
– Update logistics team with prospect bookings in order to control stock and avoid running out of empty equipment problem;
– Report daily bookings to all related department;
– Send forecast booking daily to principal oversea;
– Keep customers informed if any change in vessel schedule;
– Follow up with any special request from customer for their booking such as special free time, heavy cargo, certificate of the vessel, any special requirement from their LC etc;
– Check pre-loading with Operation before vessel departs and final loading after vessel departs to see if any roll over and then update customers;
– Receive Shipping instruction from shipper, check and create Bills of Lading, do all request for amendment as per instruction from shipper;
– Keep customer informed about arrival date or any delay in arrival at Port of discharge;
– Update of monthly export report and send to management, accountant, and all relevant department;
– Send export documents (bill of lading, EDI, collect advice, telex release, loading list) of Haiphong export shipments to POD for their information;
– Send debit note to customer for payment and accountant for issuing red invoice;
– Following with payment in order to make telex release in time;
– Solve any problem may happen to the cargoes until cargo to be released at Port of discharge.
Yêu cầu
-Bachelor degree either in Transportation or Foreign Trade or Economics or Logistics Management;
- Team spirit;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in customer service and documents for shipping, logistics companies is an advantage. Fresh graduation is encouraged to apply this job.

Được công ty thanh toán tiền ngày phép hàng năm nếu chưa sử dụng trong năm theo quy định công ty;
