[JOB DESCRIPTION]
– Doing research on clients and candidates
– Scouting candidates, screening CVs, Phone – interviewing, supporting Candidates from Face to Face – interview to start working
– Making resumes, encoding information of candidates on the system, endorsing candidates to our clients via recruitment advisors, setting interviews for candidates with clients, following up candidates.
– Make Daily Sale reports and Weekly reports.
– Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.

SALARY: 8,000,000 – 14,000,000 VND
Yêu cầu
- Good command of English, have Japanese skills in advance.
- Have at least 1 year in sales inspiration and experience in Recruiter or related position
- Work priority should be high, work under pressure
- Soft skill: Good communication, listening and interpersonal, strong decisionmaking
- With the ability to motivate and build a rapport with people
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference
check, etc.)
