As the Digital Product Creation (DPC) Manager, you build an industry-leading 3D creation process that can operate at scale across internal brands, Apparel DPC team members, and external vendor partners. You will lead a highly talented team of digital creators and be a primary point of contact for your team in delivering seasonal DPC projects, providing a global DPC center of excellence, and digitizing the Go To Market Process from concept to consumer.

• Lead teams to develop and implement a 3D digital product creation business model through standards, education, best practices, and at the scale required by the business
• Partner with DPC team leadership to understand brand go to market processes while developing the appropriate 3D virtual business model to fit product and brand structures
• Provide strong leadership and mentoring to DPC team members and direct reports.
• Develop clear career paths, strong individual development plans for team members, and ensure succession plans are in place and well-communicated
• Grow skill sets and leadership identities while fostering an innovation mind-set.
• To own & monitor project status, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
• Recommend 3D best practices per the brand/product types.
• Provide managerial, collaboration, and leadership skills to deliver 3D projects for seasonal meetings
• Develop libraries, virtual quality standards, vendor digital competencies
• Educate DPC and brand teams on 3D technology capabilities
• Provide technical training and coaching to vendors on DPC processes and standards
• Engage DPC teams and vendors to develop and implement DPC technologies
