KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Online Marketing & Report (60%)

Execute the optimal both Organic & Paid Marketing Strategy.
Build and manage content/editorial planning that attracts a qualified audience to our digital properties, including websites, social media, etc.
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, social channels, and analytics.
The preparation of termly/monthly/ annual reports and reports as required by management.

2. Budget Management (20%)

Monitor the Digital budget.
Effective projects management to delivering best achievement on projects results and projects budget.

3. Leadership & other management (20%)

Lead, manage and motivate the Digital Team to drive superior performance and achievement of business objectives.
Analyze current business situation to come up with solutions for business goals & brand advertising strategy.
Coordinate with clients/ partners/ community to develop the brand through marketing activities.

Qualification: University graduated in Marketing majors.
Have at least 2 years of experience in the same position.
Fluent in English.
Familiar with data & tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Experience in managing groups of 5-10 employees.
Logical thinking, vision and good planning ability.
Enthusiastic, responsible, able to withstand high pressure at work.
Thoughtful, careful, honest, good professional ethics.
Background in eCommerce or Agency is a plus.
