Purpose of Position/ Mục đích của công việc
- Involve overseeing the overall digital marketing strategy, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure digital growth.
- Has unmatched knowledge of the current marketing tools, initiate digital campaigns and run them from conception up to the execution.
- Work with marketing team and digital marketing agency. Collaborate with MKTG team and related departments for campaign launches, ensure to work with the allocated digital marketing budget.
Responsibilities /Trách nhiệm
- Develop and scrutinize all the campaign budgets
- Develop a workable digital marketing strategy
- Plan and control the Brand‘s social media channels and brand website
- Work with agency to run:
- the website traffic and enable digital growth
- content marketing specialist on content creation and distribution
- Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising
- Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
- Review the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency
- Collaborates with other supporting teams to create impressive client-centred landing pages
- Analysis of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels.
- Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry
- Co-operate with ZPT Client for getting all needed materials and their support for ZPT/ brand campaign.
- Develop digital MKTG team when needed:
- Design and manage the entire digital marketing department. This role is inclusive of display advertising, email marketing, the brand website and marketing databases
- Provides educational opportunities, relevant information, and growth opportunities for digital marketing staff
- Recruitment, selection, and training of marketing operations employees in the digital marketing department if any
- Other assigned works from upper levels if any
Yêu cầu
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor or Master in Digital MKTG
- Prior working experience in FMCG, Digital Agency
- MBA degree and/or eCommerce knowledge are advantages
Working Experience
- At least two years working experience in digital marketing roles
- Experience in executing successful social media campaigns
- Exhibit practical experience in keyword research, SEO management, email, and marketing database
- User experience knowledge and optimization of customer experience funnels and landing pages
- Had experience with position Digital MKTG Manager in healthcare corporation (pharmaceutical, food supplement or cosmetic) is an advantage
- Experiences in research/ survey and data analysis, eCommerce experiences is an advantage
Skill
- Working knowledge of JavaScript development, CSS, and HTML
- Undisputable knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Adwords, SEMRush and Google Analytics
- Practical skills in multivariate experiments and A/B and email marketing
- In-depth insights on all social media platforms
- Work under high pressure
- Good English
- Influent in Vietnamese and good literary skill is an advantage
