– Support expanding current traffic channels by proactively searching for new sources of traffic, develop partnerships, etc.
– Make planning, developing, and executing content and advertisements for Google platforms and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube as well as new and emerging platforms
– Using customer data to drive the execution of all online marketing campaigns
– Measure and report performance for all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
– Monitor, analyze, optimize, report performance and support developing integrated traffic plan for the company’s E-Commerce campaigns
– Closely monitor traffic channels on daily basis, provide useful reports and insights to improve performance
– Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
– Other tasks by HOD and BOD assignment
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree or above majored 2-3 years or above experience in digital
marketing experience for a large project or agency company
-Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads (GDN, YouTube, DV360, Tiktok), Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience in optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs
-Effective in time management and plan execution, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Ability to perform well under pressure, and adapt to changes
-Dynamic, ability to multi-task to work in a team with multi-functional
-Good in English or Chinese is a plus
