Reporting to Digital Editor Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Support scanning and updating information of new merchants such as store list, promotions, deals, QR codes.
- Continuously enhance the merchant information and deals/promotions displayed on app.
- Working closely with other stakeholders to solve issues regarding Merchant’s deals/promotions displayed on app.
- Monitor daily operation of Digital Editor’s activities within propose initiatives in order to improve team’s processes as well as brings merchant’s experience.
- Construct and develop new internal workflows of Digital Editor.
- Maintaining Digital Editor’s report up to date: inbound volume, handle volume.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu
- University graduation or above.
- Prefer working experience or knowledge of e-commerce/food delivery environment.
- English skill: intermediate reading && writing skill.
- Strong high level of document skills (MS Office, MS Project…).
- Fast-learning, impressive communication and interpersonal skills.
- High collaboration with all departments, open-minded && flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions.
- Ability to work under high pressure && fast-moving environment.
