You will help us reply for all our online luxury customers on social media channels, coordinate with store to solve their problem, update chatbot report weekly and take care for past customers.
Digital Coordination
- Working closely with Retail team to ensure outcome of projects.
Customer Experience
- Manage all customer inquiries online to generate sale leads.
- Manage Chatbot, Facebook Masseger, Instagram Direct.
- Ensure all customer inquires are answered timely, help customer have best experience on buying online.
- Manage and update Google Business Location.
- Create creative scripts for each type of customer.
- Proactively contact past customers for reactivating or sales support & customer caring.
Digital Lead management
- Collect and Route all digital leads to stores.
- Follow up and Collect survey to ensure customer satisfaction and Digital improvement.
Follow-Up
- Ensure weekly report any problem on customer experience with Store reply.
- Weekly report about Lead generation and Chat-bot performance.
Yêu cầu
- University/ College degree in business administration, marketing or relevant fields.
- More than 1-year experience as Sales associates in premium/luxury fashion/cosmetic brands.
- Knowledge of digital marketing & social media platform.
- Advance in reading, writing English.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is preferable.
- Good skills in communication & problem-solving.
- Meticulous & clever in communication.
- Ability to work independently and in team situations.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Able to communicate on phone is an advantage.
