– Searching and approaching to projects, spec in LIXIL products to the projects
– Build up relationships with investors, design companies, construction companies, procurement companies etc..
– Building plan in order to work with customers.
– Product presentation for investors & designers about Lixil products.
– Ensure LIXIL products will appear in most of the construction project.
– Daily checking and updating the status of project’s process.
– Other jobs when assigned by the line manager or BOD
Yêu cầu
** REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree of Architecture University Construction University ...
- At least 2-year working experience in Sales or Interior Designing
- Able to design, CAD or 3D drawing skill
- Good at English
- Strong presentation skills and confidence demonstrated by the experience of speaking to groups.
- Able to communicate, gathering and deliver information to individual and group, asking open & probing questions, as demonstrated in experiences working with high-end customer...
