Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Deputy Service Manager in HCM:

• Manage internal service processes, product lines, service prices, propose price lists.
• Develop and monitor after sales promotion campaign.
• Manage and control internal incentive policies
• Manage warranty claims, backlog recovery
• Manage test before delivery
• Management of service performance reports, KPI monitoring.
• Handling customer complaints related to technical issues
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with Marketing department to promote products and services.
