We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Deputy Marketing and Communication Manager
AIM OF THE JOB
We are looking for a lead role who will develop and execute the whole marketing communication strategy forward. Ideally, you’ll have a strong marketing background with experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, you will take a strategic and hands-on role in the development of all marketing communications activities, including corporate branding & communications, residential projects’ branding/A&P collaterals, development of a digital and social media strategy to raise awareness & to generate leads for residential projects, communications, media relations, and event campaigns
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Be responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations/media. management/event planning & management/ and production mission, goals and ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals.
- Proactively work with the marketing team and sales team to understand the most up-to-date marketing/business strategies and objectives in each respective area, and jointly develop a communications strategy for maximum business impact.
- Develop and manage short- and long-term strategic & execution plans and budgets for the marketing & communications/ public relations program and its activities.
- Implement and monitor systems and procedures to the smooth operation of all marketing & communications functions.
- Be company’s primary liaison with the media maintain relationships with target media
- Support issues and crisis communications, as necessary.
- Be responsible for editorial direction, layout, design, production, and distribution of the company & projects’ websites and all organizational publications. This includes being brand guidance for all branded materials such as letterhead, stationary, use of logo, brochures, newsletter, etc.
- Be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence.
- Help maximize the company’s presence at industry events.
- Ensure to regularly conduct relevant market research to identify and maximize relevant trends.
- Manage relationship and projects with outside support agencies.
- Other tasks assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing communications experience.
- Bachelor in marketing communications, PR or international business, Masters or MBA preferred.
- Driven, self-starter and multi-tasker, with the ability to lead and manage projects across departments and functional groups.
- Must work well in an ever changing environment and under deadline pressure.
- Must have proven ability and passion for working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage a team and be a trusted counselor to senior leadership.
- Broad media skills (“traditional/old” and “new” media)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem solving skills; diverse interpersonal skills, must be detail oriented, resourceful, flexible, organized and analytical
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese speaking and writing
