JOB PURPOSE:
- Support CEO/ Managing Director in deploying and handling the company’s affairs.
- Be responsible for deploying assigned key priority projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly manage and operate activities of the CEO Office.
- Making sure that the action items from CEO and BOD are executed.
- Acting as the communication arm for the boss with other managers in the organization, clients or major stakeholders.
- Acting as the sounding board to the boss for new ideas and initiatives.
- Support CEO/ Managing Director to supervise the progress of deploying the projects and company work.
- Coordinate with members of the Executive Board, departments to organize and deal with issues relating to the functions and responsibilities of the CEO Office in order to achieve the objectives set by the organization.
- Participate in organization and implementation of strategic projects and report to CEO/ Managing Director.
- Perform the tasks assigned or authorized by CEO/ Managing Director.
- Take care of government affairs
- Take care of quality of BOD, BOM, CEO schedule and meetings
- Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focused
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus but not required
- 5+ years of business development and corporate strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
