General Description
This position is responsible for declaring Customs Declaration Sheet (CDS) and coordinate with Implant team for delivery capital shipment smoothly and based at Hi-Tech Park Team. Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
Specific Accountabilities
• Receiving pre-alert docs, check the mismatch on set of shipping documents and feedback to relevant parties (if any), prepare the draft CDS.
• Air shipment: When there is an arrival notice, declare customs officially and send the final CDS to sub-contractor.
• Ocean shipment:
- Check HS code for commodity and inform to related parties to input on HBL/MBL.
- When there is an arrival notice, declare customs officially and send the final CDS to sub-contractor.
- Coordinate with sub-contractor to get D/O and arrange to deliver cargo smoothly.
• Follow Variance guideline.
• Work with buyer / IW / Logs to get the final instruction.
• Prepare documents to submit AMA on VNACCS
• When there is Customs’ approval, Re-update in EDDAR systems, SPT systems and feedback to requestor / IW team.
• Support to deliver and receive for inbound and outbound capital shipments for customer, witness and supervisor the subcontractor when loading/unloading on/out truck at warehouse/dock.
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Skills Required
• Good English communication both speaking and writing.
• Accuracy, proactive, teamwork.
• Good computer skills (Word / Excel / VNACCS system skills).
• Hard-working, ability to work independently, be ready to work overtime and under highpressure.
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in the same role and familiar with VNACCS system is preferable.
• University graduate major in foreign trade, economics or relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in forwarding / logistics companies.
