Mô tả
- Process order entry in ERP system, ensure these entries are accurate.
- Prepare shipping documents, proceed freight booking, liaise with MPL， production, warehouse, customs and forwarders to ensure delivery of outgoing shipments are picked up on time.
- Send invoice or other bills to customer and track receivables timely. Write off invoice in ERP based on received payment.
- Communicate with customer for shipping schedule, forecast, and any other demand or emergency.
- Pass customer demand to MPL department timely and accurately, make sure they fully understand, and input into production plan correctly.
- Maintain different kinds of reports and record.
- Monitor production status by checking system report and communicating with MPL, Production, to ensure customer requested shipping plan can be achieved.
- Assist in investigation of customer complaints, handle return and exchange.
- Attend CFT meetings, understand meeting subject, and take actions according to meeting minutes.
Yêu cầu
- Good command in English reading, writing and listening, speaking is a plus.
- 3 years or above Experience in customer service/logistics
- Experience in working with ERP
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Work experience in international company or organization is preferable.
