This position base in Cu Chi – HCMC with essential duties and key responsibilities:

Implement call plan to customer in order to: update customer turnover, inform about sales’ program and incentives, Survey customer satisfaction.
Receive & Implement Order Processing procedure to process customers’ order 3. Implement the plan of interacting with customer by social apps to support process 1,2.
Implement complaint procedure to solve customer’s complaint: delivery, lost/broken, redate and Other complaint.
mplement customer care program.
Continuously improve processes of CS Rep.
Other duties that may be assigned
