*Specific Accountabilities:
– Support and follow instructions from Customer Service Manager.
– Coordinate with related parties to ensure that daily operations are smooth & effective.
– Coordinate with warehouse & transportation team to prepare required documents for shipment. Follow up the shipment.
– Feedback customer’s concern in a timely manner and support to solve customers’ issue effectively.
– Do daily reports and send out on time.
– Report the issue directly to Customer Service Manager to be consulted once needed.
