We are hiring 01 Customer service executive is responsible for related Customer service tasks to deliver professional supports in timely manner for our sales team, this position will report to Customer service supervisor.
Working location: 8th Floor, TNR Tower, 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh, Dong Da Dist., Hanoi
Job responsibilities:
Ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration including:
– Invoice process,
– Do Mill Certificates (CO CQ) for projects when customers or sales request
– Collect, consolidate and analyse information on the Quality Claim process
– Track the performance data of Mill Certificates provider, analyse and report performance to line manager.
– Provide supports to line manager to solve problems with regards these issues.
– Closely & proactively coordinate with Sales team in monitoring, reminding and recording all working cases and propose action plans.
– Check expense claims (expense report, taxi claim, …) of sales team.
– Support to collect promotion’s documents, entry data and follow up promotions.
– Prepare distribution/sales contracts.
– Support other admin tasks (if any) & Other duties assigned by line manager

– Retail / Project Sales team, Specification, Finance team
– Manufacturing team in Hai Phong plant
