Be a Leader
– Planning & Organizing team to manage job smoothly, by communicating well with both customer & production
– Leading & Controlling team to measure, improve performance of customer service team.
– Continous improvement on team performance
Sale Administration
– Leading Customer Service Team in receiving, checking repeated PO (price, item) and sending to Production.
– Getting feedback from Planning for delivery schedule and informing to customer.
– Negotiate with Production to have good schedule if necessary
– Inform customer delivery quantity, any possibility of good shortage (or excessive quantity)
– Negotiate with customer if necessary for any possible delay in delivery
Sale Forecast & Accounting
– Proactively contact customer to collect forecast
– Record actual Sale result every week, every month, every year.
– Check and measure accuracy of order quantity against forecast
Customer Service.
– Measure and collect satisfaction from customer every year (quality & delivery)
– Attend every audit conducted by customer
– Manage well for any returned good due to quality issue
Yêu cầu
- Managing team to work smoothly, to achieve good performance
-Ensure information (price, item) stated in PO be correct
- Get feedback from Planning and informing quickly to customer regarding to delivery schedule, or possible shortage of good.
- Take care whether or not our good is being delivered on time to customer
- Good negotiation with customer & production
- Understand well existing production capacity each process
- Communicate well with customer to obtain forecast and measure its accuracy for repeated order.
- Understand whether level of customer satisfaction and propose improvement
Education:
- Specification: University
- Experience: at least 5 years at similar level.
- Skill: Good organization and negotiation with internal & external
- Good presentation and explanation
- Ability to understand and leading team well to achieve target
