– Support sales team in CS role to take care the customers for the after sales services.
– Cordinate with other departments to ensure the business operation is under good run as well as meet the customer’s need and requirement
– Manage inbound calls/emails/fax or in person from customers interested in renting a factory with company.
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, resolves complaints, emergencies and problems and provide factory renting service to customers.
– Maintain communication with Direct Sales personnel to address day-to-day needs and special requests.
– Tasks assigned by the Senior Managers from time to time
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skill
- Fluently in Korean
- Can communicate in English
