Our organization is ever changing and growing fast. We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Relations Associate to join our Supply Chain Management team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Customer support with a focus on administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to placing orders, managing shipping dates, answering daily information requests from customers, maintaining data and invoicing.
• Following up with team members to ensure data on each piece of furniture is maintained.
• Fielding requests from customers.
• Follow up with factories to ensure products are on track and will ship on time.
• Provide data analysis and updates on order status, volume and progress to management.
• Sending payment packages to the customer.
