• Answering questions related to products, promotions and services.
• Handling incoming calls.
• Record account information to open accounts and update customer data.
• Solving problems related to products and services by verifying complaints from customers; identify the cause of the problem; choose and explain the best solution; immediate repair or adjustment; follow up to make sure the problem is resolved and pleasing customers.
• Support for ordering, canceling orders, refunding or exchanging goods.
• Propose a solution when the product is defective.
• Inform customers about promotions, discounts.
• Gather customer information and analyze customer needs to recommend potential products and services to managers.
• Follow the company’s procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Contribute to the group’s overall effort to get work done as needed.
• Support another team if needed
• Assists in operations tasks in ecommerce segment where assigned, for example rechecking orders, recheck address for full compliance before posting as order completions
Yêu cầu
Required Qualifications;
• University degree in the subject related filed is preferable.
• 1 years experience of being in comparable coordination position;
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent ability to share knowledge and experience, being a constructive team player in cross-culture environment;
