– Handle all incoming and out-going calls, couriers
– Arrange delivery service (motorcycle) to send packages to other factories, suppliers
– Receive packages from ADP, DHL, UPS and other suppliers – check bill and forward them to the right employees
– Coordinate the delivery of goods to/from the factories, suppliers, buyers
– Follow and update master data of import-export couriers
– Support Administration Task
– 8months temporary contract
