International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global advertising technology company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for Country Business Director position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The dedicated Country Business Director will be responsible for company business and partnerships in the Vietnam market from start. You will work with the local team to improve organizational effectiveness and impact while also creating a highly motivated work environment. You will also collaborate closely with our management team to ensure that market and product objectives are met.
Job Responsibilities:
· Create and implement strategies for expanding the Vietnamese market.
· Strategically contribute to the growth and direction of company products and services in the region.
· Examine and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, supervising employees, creating a highly motivated work environment, and developing innovative approaches to improvement.
· Recruiting and managing team members, as well as performance evaluation. Giving advice and feedback to team members to help them improve specific knowledge/skills.
· Develop strong relationships with senior level individuals at regional advertising agencies, direct advertising clients, or media companies, and create frameworks to support local teams.
· Liaison with headquarters and direct reporting to the C – level on a regular basis.
· Taking charge of all operations within a country. This entails being accountable for revenue, profit, cash flow, and quality targets.
Yêu cầu
· 7+ years of industry experience in the fields of ad tech, digital marketing, and online media. Experience as a Managing Director is preferred, as is 5+ years of proven experience in a managerial role.
· Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills.
· Open to Vietnamese Nationals only.
· Comprehensive understanding of the Vietnam digital marketing industry and its trends.
· Understanding of corporate finance and performance metrics
· Analytical skills and thought leadership, combined with an agile mindset and a can-do attitude.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving creativity.
· Demonstrated ability to create and manage financial plans.
