1. Coordinate with bank SME RMs to prepare and consult the proper products to customers.
2. Responsible for identifying, negotiating, presenting and ultimately closing SME accounts from bank SME RMs
3. Responsible for promoting the use of Business Pulse to prospects to enable the one stop shop offer of insurance, employee mandatory benefits and riders and banking needs lending.
4. Responsible for developing and initiating cross sell activities in the corporate market to take advantage of its full potential.
5. Responsible in maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential corporate clients as well as number of lives.
6. Responsible for gathering data from the field that will serve as meaningful inputs in product development, niche advertising and strategy development.
7. Manage and deliver policies for customers. Instruct benefits and explain Claim Procedure including Direct Billing and Medical Re-Imbursement. Instruct customers to manage the polices.
8. Coordinate with bank RMs to take care the customers and responsible for renewal accounts.
9. Compliance
▪ Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
▪ Be familiar and understand PVA Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported.
10. Perform other functions as may be assigned.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: College degree holder or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or other Business-related courses.
2. Knowledge
▪ Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point;
▪ Preferably with Training background
▪ English capability is a plus, with equivalent of IELTS 5.5/ or TOEIC 700.
3. Skills/Competencies Critical: Planning and Organizing, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Business Performance Analytics.
4. Working Experience: Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the life insurance industry with background in corporate sales. Broker experience or banking SME ‘s experience is a PLUS.
