Our client is a foreign real estate developer with major industrial projects in Northern and Southern Vietnam.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
– Tracking, updating with Authorities on Design Appraisal and Construction License.
– Cooperating and supporting clients for construction and infrastructure connection (in terms of civil works).
– Following up, managing and supervise the design, building, construction of utilities and Infrastructure.
– Estimate, breakdown and evaluate the material and construction cost
– Other supervising works as assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
Experiences & Skills:
-Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Road and Bridge Engineer, Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer,…
-2-3 years in assistant position experience with construction knowledge.
- AutoCAD know-hows.
-Communication English, able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Team, Outlook)
