– Prepare/ check policies, processes, procedures, regulation of company
– Assist Compliance Manager for identifying the risk & of company processes (date, policies, contract…)
– Specializing about payroll checks (salary calculation logic, fully & timely payment…) to make sure it is under labor law and client’s request.
– Supporting compliance members to perform and complete the compliance checks and make sure under compliance with Vietnam labor law and client requirements.
– Report to Compliance manager for all assigned works.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree (Law, Business Administration, Human Recourse Management, English, Accounting).
- At least 3 years’ experience in Payroll
- Knowledge in Vietnam labor law
-Knowledge of Audit , experience in Audit
- Strong experience in C&B, payroll
- Communication by English
- Good communication skill and presentation skill
- Proficient in MS office
- Data analysis skill
