Mô tả
- 搜尋國內、國外有計劃投資越南之投資者資料，投資類型包括但不限興建廠房、倉庫、民房住宅、商用建築等。制作並更新維護《投資者清單》以供跟進用途。
- Gather the domestic / international investor information whom will invest in Vietnam. The type of investment project includes but not limited to building factory, warehouse, residential house, commercial constructions, etc. Establish, maintain and update the “Investor List” for the follow up action.
- 按著《投資者清單》聯絡相關投資者，建立互信基礎，並保持密設聯繫，緊貼追蹤客戶項目進度，隨時提供適當協助。
- Contact the corresponding investor according to the “Investor List”, build the foundation of mutual trust, retain liaising with customer. Keeping a close eye on all project status, and provide appropriate assistance to clients.
- 細心聆聽客戶要求，並清楚無誤地轉達到公司有關部門進行設計、報價等工作。擔任客戶與公司內部的溝通渠道之重要角色。
- Listen carefully to customer requirement, and pass it to corresponding department clearly and faultlessly, in order to process the design or quotation work. Responsible to an important role as a communication channel between clients and company.
- 向客戶發放所有文件、資料之前，必須核實內容正確無誤及完全滿足客戶要求。
- Verify all documents / information to customers which is error free and completely fulfill the requirements by customer.
- 服從上級臨時的額外工作安排。
- Obey all kinds of ad-hoc job arranged by superior.
Yêu cầu
- 思想端正、誠實、禮貌、活潑積極、善於溝通、態度開放。
- Truthful thinking, honest, polite, energetic and active, good at communication, open attitude.
- 必須擁有客觀思維，及掌握抓住別人觀點的能力與技巧。
- Must have objective mindset, and proficient skill and ability in understanding others’ standpoint.
- 必須擁有中文（普通話）語言能力，包括讀、寫、說及中文打字。能說廣東話將優先考慮。
- Proficient Chinese (Mandarin) language ability, including reading, writing, speaking and type-writing. Cantonese speaking will be considered in advance.
- 擁有英文語言能力，包括讀、寫、說，將優先考慮。。
- Proficient English language ability, including reading, writing, speaking will be considered in advance.
- 能掌握多種語言（韓語、日語）將有高額津貼。
- Capable in other languages (Korean, Japanese) will be subjected to high additional allowance.
- 必須於建築行業內有2年或以上（同一公司/機構）的營業代表工作經驗。
- Must have 2 years+ working experience (in the same company / organization) in sales representative in construction field.
- 必須具備良好心理質素、不容易受挫敗感影響，勇於面對任何挑戰，保持永不放棄精神。
- Must have a good psychological quality, not easily affected by frustration, have the courage to face any challenge, and maintain the spirit of never giving up.
- l 熟悉文書軟件操作，包括但不限MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint，並能制作格式整齊、專業的高質素文件。
- Familiar with the operation of clerical software, including but not limited to MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint, and can create neat, professional and high-quality documents.
- l 具有”善忘性格”者將不接受申請。
- Candidate with forgetful character will not be accepted for this application.
