· Investigating and researching the heat-treatment process in steel factory.
· Conducting investigations and developments to ensure the quality of steel product, especially in heat-treatment process.
· Checking the possibility of the heat-treatment process in steel industry then planning/ consulting to construct a steel heat-treatment factory.
· Managing and controlling all heat-treatment process, preparing appropriate reports for all investigations.
· Reporting to Plant Manager, R&D Chief & Enterprise representatives and other tasks as assignments
Yêu cầu
·Majored in Materials Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with BA/ M.A / Ph.D Degree .
·Experienced in heat-treatment jobs or processes at least 10 years .
·Deep understanding of the systems, structures & operations of heat-treatment plants .
