Ensuring accurate and complete recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Vietnam regulations requirements for tax, employee and statutory (legal) purposes
Prepare monthly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards and/or International Accounting Standards
Set up tax reports, statistics, and tax finalization in accordance with the laws of Vietnam
Work with Bank, other department for setting up new boutiques that comply with Group Policy and Country legislation
Support General Manager/ General Director/MD in setting up, evaluation and monitoring of businesses.
Manage company bank accounts and monthly reconciliations
Implement ERP system for the Vietnam entity, according to Group guidelines.
Manage activities related to the company’s capital and cash flow planning
Report to General Director, MD and Board of Directors of Vietnamese entity and Finance heads of in Thailand and Singapore
Making necessary preparations for audit and tax advisors working with the audit team when required.

Minimum 10 years’ experience as Chief Accountant in foreign companies and hold Chief Accountant Certificate.
Knowledge of Vietnamese law including tax legislation
Understanding of corporate secretarial and legal requirements
Familiar with using ERP (e.g., SAP)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous, organised and has an eye for details
A team play with strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
Must be self-directed and effective in working independently
Work well under high pressure and strict deadliness
Fluent in written and oral Vietnamese & English
