Mô tả
- Regularly make the category research and analysis to develop the in-charge assortment. Propose the listing/delisting items or suppliers to ensure the KPIs of the categories together with Senior Category Manager.
- Continuously review the product category mix to ensure that customers’ needs are fully satisfied at all times.
- Handle suppliers on Trading Terms, Marketing activation and Trading Income.
- Build promotional plan within the categories and communicate well with internal, external suppliers to ensure the attractiveness and yearly KPIs growth.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure effectiveness of the Merchandise roles in term of contract, assortment, pricing, promotion, distribution, …
- Monitoring of the product category performance in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation. Run the necessary reports as and when required.
- Co-ordinate all the departments relating to stock & product’s exposure.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by Senior Merchandise Manager.
Yêu cầu
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
- Experiences within the FMCG sector or relevant category with prior experience in supervising a small buying team
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral)
- Customer-focused
- Good communication with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
