· Select and purchase bean on-site based on quality Standard
· Developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
· Work and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing suppliers
· Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
· In charge of the purchase contracts within an area
· Work and improvement the post-harvest process to reach our standard quality bean
· Provide solutions to improve quality bean
· Work closely with the rest of Sourcing Team & Plantation Team to ensure an effective work flow
Yêu cầu
· English: good communication and reportingwith expat
· Must be available to travel up to several days each month in order to meet with suppliers, attend conferences and trade shows
· Proficiency in microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, computer skills
· Honest, Enthusiastic
