We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building new relationships for the sake of developing Vu Phong Energy Group.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Strategy:

• Plan, build, develop new business strategies in order to expand the company’s business capabilities.
• Propose, develop sales goals and strategies for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Improve sales process where is appropriated in order to implement effective actions/reactions.
• Training personnel and helping team member develops their skills

Market & Customer Research

• Carry out market research on the company’s products.
• Research competitors: products, business activities, marketing activities, etc
• Participate in conferences and seminars related to the company’s business areas in renewable energy industry.
• Establish diplomatic relationships (partners, potential customers, etc.)
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Conduct monthly report
• Other details will be discussed in interview

You will be supported the followings by the Company to complete the work:

• Transaction history of current customers, leads, and other supports to approach big customers….
• CARS for meeting with clients.
• TRAINING about products, sales skills, ways to approach customers by Experts in the industry.

3. TIME AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Working time: 8am – 5pm daily from Monday to Friday, (Saturday only works in the morning)
