- Our main service: online advertising and sponsorship on FPT Play App.
- Take full responsibilities for Sales Revenue, business plan, sales plan., sales execution , account management & performance
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential organizations, partners and other customers
- Be the main contact to build and develop networking in order to obtain new clients and sell online advertising and sponsorship services provided by FPT Play.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Boosting sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts, maintaining fruitful relationships and existing accounts.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
- Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience is plus).
- 2+ years outside sales representative / sales account manager experience
- Good knowledge of brands, marketing, strategy, ads and concept.
- Sold oriented, has a wide range of customer’s portfolio, media agency contacts.
- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance client relationship.
- Solid understanding of business objectives and ability to translate from business objectives to digital KPIs.
- Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry.
- Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Fluent in digital ability to spot latest trends, strong in web and social analytics, online media.
- Communication and persuasion, Problem-solving and decision making, Dealing with change and people
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Working hours :8 hours x 5 days / week (Monday to Friday)
