– Develop a growth strategy focused both on quantity & quality of supply gain
– Conduct research to identify new opportunities, markets, and needs
– Arrange business meetings with prospective business partners
– Promote the company’s partnership model addressing or predicting business partners’ objectives
– Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Ensure mitigation of relevant security, privacy, and business continuity risks
– Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
– Keep records of calls, meetings, and pipelines in the company’s CRM system
– Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
– Build long-term relationships with new and existing business partners
– Develop entry-level staff into valuable lead-generator
Yêu cầu
-BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
-Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday.com…)
-Proficiency in English
-Market knowledge
-Extremely sharp logic and communication, negotiation skills
-Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
-Time management and planning skills
-Experience in customer support is a plus
