Key responsibility
Being a member of the Operational Excellence team, you will report to the Operation Excellence team leader with the main scope is to help implement standards and processes towards all departments, as well as set up a tracking method ensure our daily operations is being executed effectively, efficiently and consistently.
The goal is to bring out the greatest value to not only the company’s customers and stakeholders but also maximize the employee’s positivity and strength.

• Familiarlize and utilize all systems’ datasets and extractable reports among all systems (WMS, TMS and SAP) in order to consolidate and design Performance KPI reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Familiarlize all key operations processes and flows (both system-related and unrelated) in order to train new users, monitor current activities towards the defined standards and timely indentify gaps / risks in order to continuously give out recommendations to improve the standards.
• Visualize reports and operations metrics using dashboards and tools.
• Support systems team in providing business requirements during the system implementation phase.
• Involve in further data analytics projects that aim to optimize resources and improve processes
