Mô tả
• Coordination between UPS broker and customer for all enquiries related to Brokerage
• Provide brokerage advices to UPS customers
• Validate documents provided by customer and customs declaration made
• Monitor UPS broker’s performance and drive for improvement
• Key entry into E2K for billing and status update
• Compile daily report accurately and legibly in order to provide information to management /others for service improvement and operation analysis
• Provide the summary list, follow up invoice issuing and payment from customer
• Check, validate invoice from UPS broker and proceed the payment on time
• Other tasks assigned by management team
Yêu cầu
• Deeply understand customs regulations on import/ export (HS code, government controlled goods…) to give consultant to customers
• Experience with VNACCS system
• 3-5 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Good computer literacy
• Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
• Have teamwork attitude & problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Diligent, detail oriented
