Plan, arrange & monitor all activities related to canteen

(site tour for checking, meeting monthly, 5S, maintain, inventory,

check& do payment on finger-print system and deduct salary ,

order servings weekly, evaluation; the provision of benefits in kind,

food sample test, issue card for having meal…) to aim to the best services

Control & report & explain if any the costs, budgets related to

scope of work

Raise accrual, OVH budget

Support and execute things related to organize events/parties

in the brewery to ensure all things to be driven effectively

(VVIP, authority, guests, happy hour, audit, worshop, meeting, … )

Handle & arrange the casual workers to be booked from the sections

other sections

Check and execute the reports of the casual woker deployment

(Cleaning, Gardening)

Execute & monitor contracts related to services to ensure that rights

& responsibilities in the contracts are implemented accurately.

( bike-keeping, testing food)

Manage & take action to solve all feedback related to RTF, O2I system

to maintain and give preventive actions

Ambasodor in Green office program

Make, handle and execute improvements in section

Administrative supports

Manage & execute all request of requesting the staff beer monthly

Buy the meal coupon monthly to the third parties

Manage & supply the beverages for production & pantry to make sure

that the admins of section are received on time

Check & execute all payments, ON, PR, clain- OVH related to

services to avoid mistaking in costs, do right process and on time.

(canteen, event/parties, testing food, bike-keeping, beverage, cleaning..)

Support HR, Union of delivering T-shirrt, coupon, beer, gift, helmets

publications…on occasion of event, holiday….

Monitor booking online meeting

Handle requests related to repair clock in the brewery
