- Work closely with the head brewer in developing new brewing recipes and flavours.
- Work with our Japanese partners and head brewer to manage and supervise the brewery construction and sourcing of equipment
- Manage day to day operations of the brewery on the floor to help develop brewery policies and standard operating procedures
- Ensure the quality of the production process and the brew conditions.
- Selecting and evaluate the raw materials, bottles and packaging materials that are used in the brewing process and working with suppliers
- Manage bottling and delivery process and oversee the bottling facilities and delivery schedules.
- Responsibility for maintaining occupational health and safety compliance with food standards
- Provide training, staff skill development and opportunities to team members
- Improve the productivity of staff and maintenance schedule of the production line.
- Improvements in other areas including hygiene, capital expenditure, brew quality must also be continual.
Yêu cầu
- A Brewery Manager must have experience working as a brewer and managing other staff.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in brewing
- Experience in staff management
- Experience in production and quality control
- Knowledge and experience in machinery and equipment
- Communicative English and good communication in Vietnamese
- Working location: center of Ho Chi Minh city.
