Responsible for :
· Implementing marketing strategy using all media platforms, online and offline.
· Defining media strategy for each media
· Developing brand awareness and online reputation
· Content management
· SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
· Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Campaigns, events &Promotion :
· Brainstorming with marketing team in every promotional campaign to define with the general concept of the campaign.
.· Monitor every media activity done during the promotion campaign, by monthly reports and set up corrective actions.
Content management:
· Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
· Create a regular publishing schedule for: Facebook, Newsletter, Website, Pinterest, etc.
· Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Measure & Analyze to Establish ROI:
Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators for each media channel, including
Media (offline + digital) :
· Work on the annual media plan
· Negotiate with each media to get the best rates + best advantages: free ads, free news…
· Optimize the content of our website & follow up.
· Improve our presence on Facebook : content, number of followers, animation
· Develop our presence in digital platforms like linked in, Google, Instagram, foursquare…
· Plan, manage, optimize, design our E-newsletters with the help of our designer
Project Leadership on strategic programs:
· Responsible for launching Media (online +offline):
· Annam Gourmet’s private label (Annam Gourmet)
· Project management on new Website of AGM
Yêu cầu
· Graduating from University or Collegewith the major in marketing, business administration, foreign trade, commerce, etc.
· Having 3 – 5 years in digital marketing, brand development within a retail or FMCG organization
· Experience of dealing with external agencies & vendors, various internal departments & staff in store.
· Should have advance exposure to retailing practices, project management, communication.
· Excellent interpersonal communication, organization and analytical and synthetic abilities; be able to work under pressure and to respect project timeline; be pro-active, capable of listening and learning, self-directed, honest; speak and act with conviction,
· Good English communication. Creativity is a must.
