Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations. Assist in all operational functions within the Branch Operations, including Inventory Control, Delivering, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, and Compliance
Collaborate with Diag Branch Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
Ensuring PSC schedules and objectives are met by employees
Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable
Analyze consumer behavior and suggest service improving
Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
Assist in team meeting, perform other duties as assigned

Under 2 years’ experience in a business medical/lab environment preferred
Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
Excellent attention to detail
Passionate about building and managing a high performing team
Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively
Innovative, proactive, and strategic
Strong Microsoft office skills
Medical knowledge is a plus, verbal English and communication
Ability to quickly identify solutions to problems and flawlessly diffuse issues.
Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights and weekends
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day
