Source/propose new fabrics and trim according to buyer ‘required quality and target price
Source/verify new factories when needed
Negotiate with factories about the price & delivery
Check and book capacity with factories
Finalize costing sheet and control the cost
Make T&A for the team, and assign tasks for team member in order to meet the time line
Work with technician team in order to get patterns/TF on time
Follow materials & samples development
Attend the fitting meeting and approve for sample sending
Coordinate with team member to fully follow up garment orders from order confirmation stage until garments exported
Resolve arising issues related to materials in production
Be mainly responsible for delivery and quality of the order
Other task as assigned by Department Manager

1.Knowledge and experience:

At least 5-year experience as a merchandiser. At least 3-year experience in denim
Strong at sourcing materials/factories
Have a good command of English
Experience in ERP system is a plus
