- Manage in the pre-investment process, investment execution and post-investment management for VNG’s investment opportunities
- Source investment opportunities based on VNG’s investment mandate
- Gather market intelligence to inform VNG’s investment strategy and decision making
- Perform research and due diligence on VNG investment targets and report to Investment Committee
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute investment closing process
- Monitor investee companies on a regular basis to ensure that investment objectives defined pre-investment are achieved and value creation is implemented
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance or other quantitative-focused majors, US graduated is a strong plus
- Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Private Equity experience is preferred but not necessary
- Strong organizational, management skills and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce results
- Attention to detail in work product
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines
- Strong grasp of accounting and financial modeling
- Understanding of venture capital, valuation, and technology landscape is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Near-native fluency in English
