Job brief

We are looking for a PMO Associate to administer and organize (PMO) all aspects of an operating studio, dedicated to creating and monitoring workflow for publishing operation while taking a lead role for all games’ coordinators in Nautilus. This role is under Growth and Strategy pillar.

Successful candidate will need to fully understand and turn Studio Head’s directions into realistic operational workflow with both internal (Product, Go-to-Market & other Grow Strategy sub teams) and external parties (including other VNG functions and VNG’s partners).

Responsibilities

• Not only work as a professional translator between Nautilus and developing studio/ partners, but also deeply understand the requirements (e.g., why, how…) in order to smoothen and optimize the workflow/ standards of procedures (SOP);
• Coordinate publishing activities between both sides to understand correctly and notify relevant parties for any actions needed on-time, in-full;
• Break those activities into doable actions, set timeframes & monitor deadlines;
• Align with cross functions to set timeframes, expectations & ensure deliverables;
• Monitor progress and handle any issues that arise;
• Act as the point of contact and communicate tasks status to all related participants;
• Work closely with the Studio Head along with other function leads to eliminate blockers;
• Last but not least, act as Coordinators lead of the Studio- standardize process and ways of communication with partners ( Partners relationship management).
