We are growing quickly and are seeking a motivated and talented Assistant to Deputy General Director to further our market leadership, who will:

– Assist Deputy General Director in managing and operating the company’s business activities (International Business)

– On behalf of the Deputy General Director to handle authorized affairs

– Give advice and support the General Director on the strategy of developing international business segments

– Manage, control and monitor commercial contracts

– Participate in customer meeting in case of need.

– Prepare documents, organize and follow up meetings between the Deputy General Director and the partner, departments, record the meeting minutes

– Convey the information of the Deputy General Director to the departments/units/branches and receive feedback

– Participate in domestic and international task with the international business team when required
