Yêu cầu
Tasks
· Gather Modern Trade sales information and recommendations for preparing Strategic plan.
· Preparing an annual budget, Monitoring, Review and Analyzing variances. Also initiating corrective actions
· Maintains and expands customer base by regularly visiting customer, Build and maintain strong, long-lasting key accounts relationship and persuade for new customers.
· Assist Strategic marketing team for market survey to identify new product opportunities and competitors tracking.
· Negotiate the business contract with customers
· Implements trade promotions along with Marketing by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending
· Conducts one-on-one review with modern trade sales team to build more effective communications that lead to market and customer understanding.
· Coaching / Training and development needs skill for sales team. Also motivate team to achieve sales target.
· Provides timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all company products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
