Formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimize income and realize the highest value of the assets.
Be responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cash flow and asset value; maintaining good tenant relationships to ensure high retention rate; preparing and managing the annual budgets and periodic/regular reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection; recommending divestment opportunities and managing the sale process; assisting in the underwriting of new investment opportunities.
Work closely with the General Director and Deputy General Director to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations and coordinating with external parties like government authorities, brokers, etc.
Other responsibilities include managing market intelligence and collating global market/industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company’s products and services.
Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

English Skill

IT Skill

Good knowledge of computer programs under the Microsoft Office package. Excellent Excel skills are a must.

Experience & skill

At least 5 years’ experience in asset management from the Real Estate industry, preferably with retail background.
Good knowledge of the local markets.
A good understanding of Real Estate laws & regulations on the market will be very much preferred.
Skills in analysis, synthesis, reporting.
Good at communication skill.
Be operationally hands-on with sound financial grounding
