We are now hiring an Accountant to strengthen our Global Finance Team. This position will be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office, but to handle accounting tasks for our global operations took place in Singapore. About the job:

• Handle full process of Account Payables functions including: verify supporting documents; communicate with stakeholders (both internal & external), follow up with approval process, monitor expense budget pool, bookkeep & assist in financial statement package preparation;
• Handle expense payment process via banks in a timely manner;
• Reconcile bank transactions of all entities’ banks on daily basis & resolve discrepancies;
• Liaise with other departments to collect financial data;
• Conduct reconciliation and month-end closing procedures for some accounts;
• Ensure completeness of accounting records and file documentation;
• Assist in preparing management reports;
• Other duties as assigned.
