1. General Description
This position is responsible for Documentation and Customer satisfaction by providing efficient timely services and smooth operation function, delivery all pending documents in shortest time to ensure no storage/delay to the right company, right person plus other filing and event update task.
2. Specific Accountabilities

• Documents scanning and filing (both e-filing paper filing)
• Events entry
• Release D/O & documents to cnee/brokers… and follow up on D/O delivery in due course to avoid storage and delay for shipment
• Mainly perform air import documents delivery job, follow up closely instructions from Air Import Operation team.
• Call and remind client in case client does not come to pick up docs. after half working day of Arrival Notice, mail Reminders to client & broker to remind for document pick up
• Duly escalate to relevant OPS team in case of any delay or problem on docs. delivery
• Billing and back up billing task to Air Import accountant
• Fully responsible for storage claim in case keeping documents on hand long time (over 1 working day) without any reason/action to remind client/AI OPS executive on the delay
• Assist OPS team whenever needed (mail docs. to cnee upon request etc..)
• Back up task to teammates plus other tasks as assigned by Management
