Monitor compliance of security guards, janitors, kitchens, buses according to procedures
Be responsible for management and coordination of janitors and security guards to ensure work requirements, landscape requirements
Be responsible for the operation of the cafeshop at the school
Monitor and report the progress of the work of the units in the department
Supervise the work of the security department, janitors, kitchen, school bus service
Provide proposed work directions and solutions to the security guards, janitors, bus staffs and kitchen staff
Coordinate with other employees in the department to complete common work
Be assigned other tasks by the Head of Administration Department
Ensure the business results of the kitchen, cafe shop and bus service as Department Head’s expectation
Report to the Head of Administration on periodical and urgent tasks when required.
