1. Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến vận hành và quản lý của UG-Game Việt Nam, bao gồm lập kế hoạch cho các hoạt động liên quan đến marketing, tổ chức sự kiện, thiết kế giao diện người dùng; điều phối các hoạt động để đảm bảo hiệu quả vận hành;
Responsible for performing tasks related to the operation and management of UG-Game Vietnam, including planning activities related to marketing, organizing events, designing user interfaces; Coordinate activities to ensure operational efficiency;
2. Dựa theo thị trường Việt Nam để lập chiến lược vận hành, thiết kế các hoạt động và theo dõi tiến độ, hiệu quả;
Based on the Vietnamese market to set up operational strategies, design activities and monitor progress and efficiency;
3. Phụ trách xây dựng, nghiên cứu và tối ưu hóa hoạt động, bao gồm lưu lượng sử dụng, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, phát triển cộng đồng người dùng;
In charge of building, research and optimization of activities, including rate of users, conversion rate, user community development;
4. Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi và phân tích các nền tảng tương tự trong và ngoài nước để ưu hóa dự án của mình; Chú ý và báo cáo về các sản phẩm cạnh tranh;
Responsible for following and analyzing similar platforms domestic and abroad to optimize project; Notice and report on competing products;
5. Làm việc tại nhà cho tới khi dịch Covid 19 được kiểm soát tốt.
Work from home until Covid 19 is well controlled.
Yêu cầu
1. Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm vận hành các dự án về thương mại điện tử, game hoặc đã từng độc lập vận hành các dự án có quy mô lớn;
At least 2 years of experience, experience of operating e-commerce, game projects or independently operating large-scale projects is prefer;
2.Hiểu và trải nghiệm các game tại thị trường Việt Nam/Đông Nam Á;
Understand and experience games in Vietnam/Southeast Asia market;
3.Tư duy logic, có năng lực vận hành người dùng, có thể dựa vào số liệu để phân tích và tổng hợp báo cáo, tối ưu hóa và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động;
Logical thinking, capable of operating users, can rely on data to analyze and synthesize reports, optimize and improve operational efficiency;
4.Khả năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt, có thể thực hiện hóa mục tiêu hoạt động, chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu quả hoạt động.
Good communication and negotiation ability, able to realize operational goals, take responsibility for operational efficiency.
